About Me

At 19, I left my home country of Bolivia in search of greater opportunities.

I boarded a plane to Germany with nothing more than a couple of suitcases and began an adventure that taught me resilience, problem-solving, and the ability to always see the bright side.

Since then, I’ve had the privilege of calling Germany, France, China, and the USA home. I’ve built a career in project and product management across high-tech and data-related fields, and I now lead a team of five in the Data Science space.

This year, I embraced one of my biggest challenges yet: becoming a mother of two under three. Having two beautiful daughters has changed my life and perspective. I’ve become a master at coordinating feedings, diaper changes, playdates, and doctor’s appointments—all with one hand—while continuing to work full-time in a leadership role. More importantly, I now have clarity about my priorities and a renewed conviction to show my girls that with effort and perseverance, it’s possible to achieve your goals.

When life’s rhythm inevitably slows down as my babies grow, I look forward to returning to my beloved historical novels, watching mainstream movies, and taking long walks in the woods with my husband.

The Why

The moment I first held my firstborn, my life changed profoundly. I became acutely aware of the responsibility I now carried — a feeling that only intensified with the arrival of my second child.

These tiny humans will look to me not only for love and comfort but also for guidance in understanding and defining themselves. I am their ultimate role model.

It’s within my power to decide what values I want to embody for them. After deep reflection, I’ve identified the person I want to be:

  1. Goal-oriented and hard-working: I want to show my children that with the right mindset and determined effort, they can achieve anything they set their minds to.

  2. Action-oriented: I aim to exemplify a life of initiative, pursuing happiness and fulfillment rather than settling for complacency.

  3. Compassionate and committed to driving positive change: I want to guide them in understanding the importance of community impact and using our privilege to amplify the voices of others.

I believe that starting or acquiring a business—one that serves the community while also creating equity for my family — will allow me to embody these values for my children.
